Wild Wheat Sourdoughs
These are our speciality products in
which we take great pride. We believe these
are our point of difference from others
in the market. We make our sourdough loaves
through a two-day process using a naturally
fermented sour starter base. This adds a
light, aerated texture with a crisp shell
and great flavour.
