Ciabatta
Traditional rustic Italian bread with light holey interior and chewy crust.

Mixed Grain
Wholemeal based grain loaf kept moist with the addition of rye sour starter.

Puglia
A white, crusty Italian recipe with durum flour in an old dough base.
Sizes: 600g loaf, 150g corda, 120g cigar, 100g roll, 60g roll
French Stick
Traditional crusty French favourite.
Size: 500g
Turkish Bread
Light Italian flat bread with sourdough and olive oil flavoured base. Available as plain slab or as a pide sprinkled with poppy and sesame seeds. Small baps are also offered which are ideal for panini toasting.
Sizes: 2kg slab, 600g pide, 300g pide, 100g bap

Bagels
Sourdough based traditionally chewy bagels. Available in plain, sesame, poppy, mixed seeds and rock salt.

Wild Wheat Sourdoughs
These are our speciality products in which we take great pride. We believe these are our point of difference from others in the market. We make our sourdough loaves through a two-day process using a naturally fermented sour starter base. This adds a light, aerated texture with a crisp shell and great flavour.

Rosemary & Olive Sourdough
A slightly less porous texture due to the addition of extra virgin olive oil and freshly chopped rosemary.

A moist, chewy bread with a light rye base which enhances its great keeping qualities.

Walnut & Raisin Sourdough
Light sourdough texture with the addition of raisins and toasted walnuts.

Country Sourdough
Rich wholemeal and rye based sourdough flavoured with apple cider. Keeps well.

Kumara Sourdough
Roasted kumara in a light wholemeal based sourdough with a warm earthy flavour.
